"Travel around Albion to see if you can find any record of a dragonslayer. Speak with everyone and heed their words. If someone is hesitant, show them the dragonslayer Sigil (click on the icon in your journal to do so).

Quest Goal: Speak with Lady Charlitte

Lady Charlitte can be found in the Hall of Fellows. She is the name Registrar.

Quest Goal: Speak with Mayor Palastam in Ludlow

Mayor Palastam can be found in the back room of the inn in Ludlow.

Quest Goal: Show Mayor Palastam the Dragonslayer Sigil

You will have to show him the sigil (it will appear in journal when you talk to him)

He sends you to Humberton Keep's north tower

Quest Goal: Check Humberton Castle North Tower

If you talk to Sir Gregory he will ask you to buy him a goblet of wine, you can skip that and talk directly to Elia.

Talk to Elia and she will complete the quest and give you Dragonslayer Elia Quest (Level 1) which send you back to talk to Pondar Cully again.

When you return to Pondar he completes the quest.
