Ah, (Your Name)! So you seek the Dragonsworn manual of arms. You'll be interested to hear this then.

Recently, old man Periwen went off to join the Dragonsworn. I know it's even more random than his normal antics. He's the same as always however; easy to fool and willing to give up what he knows without much hesitation.

We've been sending someone every so often to pose as a new Dragonssworn recruit to get the latest version of their manual of arms. If you want that book then you're our latest volunteer.

Using armor gathered previously, I've constructed an illusion that should enable you to enter the camp as a Dragonsworn. Speak with Periwen to obtain the book.

Summary:
Go to the Dragonsworn camp in Camelot Hills. Equip the Ensorcelled Dragonsworn Helm to activate Pondar's disguise spell, then speak with old man Periwen to obtain the booklet. (click on the icon in your journal to obtain the equippable helm.)
