Story:
I have no quarrel personally with the one they call Arawn. Some of his followers, however, are another story. A man named Arlill Weller leads the Dragonsworn in Camelot Hills. As I hear it, he believes he is doing his god's work by delivering him the souls of our people. I believe this is only an excuse for blood lust and unwarranted slaughter. He must be stopped! Face Arlill, and send him to meet his god as he has so may others.
Summary:
Defeat Arlill Weller in Camelot Hills and return to Sir Gregory in Humberton Castle when the deed is done. Remember that only one Dragonsworn leader holds their post at a time so you may need to kill Callida to make Arlill show himself.
