Speak to [Edith Waring] in [Avalon Marsh] and accept her quest, she gives you a ticket to [West Downs] and 50 silver.

Speak to [Larson O'Riley], located just west of [West Downs]. He sends you after two items, a feather and some roots.

The feather is off a named Basklisk, [Tuka]. He wanders the ridge across the road from [West Downs] and is around lvl 11-13.

Next go to the bridge just north of there and swim in the water at the base of the bridge until you get spammed with the text ' searches the base of the bridge'. Took me two tries before he pulled out the root.

Return to [Larson O'Riley] and give him the feather and the root, then watch him do his thing. He gives you a potion and a ticket back to the [Avalon Marsh].

Return to [Edith Waring] and give her the potion and watch her as a Inconnu appears to her and gives her a necklace. She gives it to you.

It's a lvl 14 necklace that gives +18

I loved this quest to partially introduce the Shrouded Isles expansion.

The bridge you go to is Prydwen Keep/Salisbury bridge, not "just north of
where you killed Tuka" as that could be anywhere along the ridge, that runs
a long, long ways. And I didn't get anywhere near close to 200k exp, I got
45,056xp as a level 14 Friar.
